Job Title: Civil Engineer – Structural

Department: Engineering & Design

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 2–3 years in civil or structural engineering

Working Hours: As per project requirement (standard 8 hours + overtime if applicable)

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Civil Engineer – Structural to join our engineering team for a range of infrastructure projects including buildings, poultry farms, greenhouses, and other industrial and commercial facilities. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in structural design and analysis, with hands-on experience using STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD, and a sound understanding of construction materials and structural behavior

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, model, and analyze structural components (steel, RCC, foundations) for various types of projects

• Perform calculations for wind loads, stress-strain behavior, deflection, and structural integrity

• Prepare detailed structural drawings, design reports, and technical specifications

• Generate efficient and optimized foundation designs, ensuring structural safety and cost-effectiveness

• Use STAAD.Pro (mandatory) or equivalent software for structural modeling and analysis

• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutions

• Participate in project planning, estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and bill of materials (BOM) preparation

• Assess and select appropriate construction materials, ensuring durability and performance

• Prepare documentation for engineering approvals, compliance checks, and internal QA/QC

• Ensure adherence to civil codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Competencies:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in structural design and engineering

• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro (mandatory), AutoCAD, and MS Excel

• Strong understanding of engineering mechanics, structural load paths, and construction materials

• Ability to independently perform structural analysis and generate optimized designs

• Familiar with IS codes, structural standards, and industry practices

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and project management skills
