We are looking for Lead Civil and Structural Engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience in Civil and Structural Engineering, with 5+ years of experience in Lead roles in EPC and LSTK projects.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically competent Lead Civil / Structural Engineer to lead the civil and structural engineering scope for a Saudi Aramco LSTK project involving the relocation of water wells across multiple locations. The role involves managing the design, coordination, and execution of all civil and structural works associated with submersible pump installations, equipment foundations, piping supports, cable trenches, equipment shelters, and access roads, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all civil and structural engineering activities, including design, review, and site implementation for well pads, foundations, supports, and infrastructure.

• Review detailed civil/structural deliverables issued by Detailed-design Engineering Contractor including:

o GA drawings, foundation and structural design calculations, reinforcement drawings, earthworks layouts, grading and drainage plans, and construction drawings.

• Review design and oversee foundations for submersible pump skids, control panels, pipe racks, MCC buildings, and instrument shelters.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), SAEPs, and international codes (ACI, AISC, ASCE, ASTM, etc.).

• Coordinate with mechanical, piping, electrical, and I&C disciplines to ensure civil/structural integration and clash-free designs.

• Review and approve subcontractor design packages, drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

• Provide technical support during construction activities, including excavation, backfilling, concreting, structural steel erection, and inspection of civil works.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify conformance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Ensure civil/structural works are executed in compliance with project HSE, quality, and schedule requirements.

• Participate in constructability reviews, technical audits, and readiness reviews.

• Manage redlines, as-built documentation, and final turnover packages for civil/structural scope.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with 5+ years in a Lead role on LSTK or EPC oil & gas projects.

• Proven experience in:

o Design and execution of well pad civil works

o Foundation and steel structure design for oil & gas field equipment

o Site development in remote desert conditions

• Prior experience on Saudi Aramco projects with full familiarity of Aramco standards and workflows is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of soil-structure interaction, ground improvement techniques, and hydraulic/earthwork calculations.

Preferred Skills:

• Aramco-approved Lead Civil/Structural Engineer (preferred or fast-track eligible).

• Experience in remote well site development, including access roads, utility corridors, and stormwater drainage systems.

• Proficiency in engineering tools such as STAAD.Pro, SAFE, ETABS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent.
