Responsibility :
- Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of subcontract agreements and related documents.
- Support the process of subcontractor selection, prequalification, and evaluation.
- Monitor and manage subcontractor performance, including progress, quality, and compliance with safety and site regulations.
- Handle subcontract variation requests, claims, and correspondence in coordination with project management.
- Maintain accurate records of subcontract documents, approvals, and change orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, construction) for subcontractor-related requirements.
- Ensure timely submission and processing of subcontractor invoices and payment applications.
- Support audits and reporting related to subcontract administration activities.
- Follow up with subcontractors on required bonds, insurances, and other contractual deliverables.
Major / Degree : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
Expertise / Skill : 'Non-specific
Reference (Experience) : 8 or more years of work experience in Project Control Team
Language: Be able to read, write and speak English language
