We are a well-established civil construction company seeking an experienced Procurement engineer / manager to join our team in Riyadh.

Industry: Civil Construction
Experience: Proven background in procurement within the civil construction sector is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and services
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials
Coordinate with project teams to align procurement with project timelines
Monitor inventory and forecast supply needs
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within civil construction Only.
Strong knowledge of local and international suppliers
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
