Are you an experienced and results-driven Interior Fit-Out professional looking for an opportunity to leverage your skills and be rewarded directly for your success? We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Interior Fit-Out Work Engineer or Supervisor to join our team on a purely commission-based structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and budget adherence.

• Site Supervision: Manage and coordinate on-site activities, including contractors, subcontractors, and labor, to ensure smooth project execution.

• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all work meets design specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

• Client Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise during project execution.

• Resource Management: Efficiently manage materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize project efficiency.

• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to the approved budget.

• Health & Safety: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Reporting: Provide regular project progress reports to management.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in interior fit-out projects, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed work.

• Solid understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and construction techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• A valid [driving license - if required] and willingness to travel to various project sites.
