1. Site Engineer
Location: Red Sea / Riyadh
Duration: 3 to 12 months (based on project)
Key Responsibilities**:
* Supervise and coordinate construction activities according to project schedules and specifications.
* Prepare look-ahead schedules and daily site reports.
* Conduct inspections, ensure quality control, and coordinate with subcontractors.
* Enforce HSE compliance on site.
* Participate in snagging, de-snagging, and final handovers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, including fit-out works.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to site changes.

2. Site Foreman*
Location: Red Sea / Riyadh
Duration: 3 to 12 months (based on project)
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and supervise labor teams and subcontractors.
* Monitor site activities, material availability, and equipment usage.
* Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
* Submit daily progress and incident reports.
* Coordinate with engineers and project managers for approvals and permits.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
* 3–5 years of on-site supervision experience.
* Proficient in interpreting drawings and using AutoCAD/MS Office.
* Strong team leadership and coordination skills.
* Detail-oriented and safety-focused.
