Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified API Inspector (100 person) to perform visual and technical inspections in accordance with industry standards such as API 510, 570, and 653. The ideal candidate will ensure equipment integrity, compliance, and reliability across a variety of client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-service and out-of-service inspections of pressure vessels, piping systems, and storage tanks.
Prepare detailed and accurate inspection reports and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineers and client personnel on inspection schedules, safety protocols, and equipment status.
Maintain documentation and certification records in compliance with industry and company standards.
Required Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in mechanical engineer
Valid API certification(s): API 510, API 570, and API 653 (one or more required)(mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of field inspection experience in oil & gas.
Strong knowledge of NDE techniques and mechanical integrity principles.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
Rate:85-100 per hour
