We are seeking a highly qualified Civil Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the structural design and development of residential and commercial projects, especially villa and building designs that meet Saudi standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design of villas and buildings.
• At least 3 recent years of experience in a technical office within Saudi Arabia.
• Professional Classification (????? ????) from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and applicable regulations.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit Structure.
• Ability to produce high-quality structural designs and coordinate with architectural and MEP teams.
Preferred Qualities:
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Familiar with municipality procedures and e-platforms for permit approvals.
