WE ARE A CONTRACTING OUTSOURCING COMPANY BASED IN RIYADH, WE NEED "SITE CIVIL ENGINEER - 7 NOS" FOR OUR MNC CONTRACTING COMPANY FOR THEIR PROJECT IN RIYADH CITY. THE DETAILS ARE BELOW, WALK-IN-INTERVIEW "IMMEDIATELY.....!!!

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:---

- Design and evaluate all required civil and structural drawings, technical details, specifications and scope of work for all projects.

- Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals with reference to Civil/Structural works and verify that the same are being properly implemented during the construction stage of all projects.

- Carry out periodic structural monitoring of all buildings which include level surveys, buildings maintenance or structural deformities report with recommendations for rectification if required, with verification of satisfactory completion.

- Carry out all required Tacheometrical survey and conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with the contract documents, safe construction practices and standards and submit findings.

- Carry out technical quality control and quality assurance of steel and concrete starting from factory mix design with suitable conditions applying for concrete field test and different kind of its application.

- Evaluate the structural and civil aspects of submitted “design packages” which have been prepared by outside consultants.

- Act as the Person Technical Representative (PTR) when designated, for an approved sub-contracted project.

- Calculate and analyze suitable configurations of the basic structural components of a building or other structure.

- Examine structures at risk of collapse and advice on measures to be taken to improve the structural integrity, such as recommending removal or repair of defective parts or re-building the entire structure.

- Investigate ground conditions and analyze results of site tests, such as soil samples etc.

- Work closely with construction contractors to ensure that newly erected buildings are structurally sound and report accordingly if any concerns or defaults appear.

Systems and Equipment:

Area specific equipment/tools/system (Primavera, AutoCAD, SAP 2000, STAAD III, etc.)

Microsoft Office Suite

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution – Essential

Registration with Saudi Council of Engineers – Essential

Work Experience:

Minimum of eight (8) years’ KSA experience as Civil SITE Engineer or equivalent in a similar setting/ environment – Essential
