Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in KSA
Strong knowledge in site execution, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Estimation Software
Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications
Good communication and coordination skills
Transferable Iqama is a must
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site activities
Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants
Prepare material take-offs and site measurements
Support QS and Estimation team with data from site
Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards
