10 years of experience in the construction industry

Required Education & Skills:

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience in the construction industry will be preferred

Proven leadership experience in a marketing role

Excellent understanding of market research techniques and database

Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Description:

The key responsibilities for the Marketing Engineer – Construction Industry role will include:

Developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives and plans

Manage digital marketing channels. Includes social media, email marketing and content for websites.

Leading, monitoring and guiding the marketing team.

Collaborating with other departments to align company goals and strategies

Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitors

Managing and allocating market budget effectively

Ensuring brand consistency across various marketing projects

Driving lead generation efforts to support marketing activities

Planning and overseeing the production of all promotional materials
