Job Opening: Project Manager (Mechanical – HVAC & Utilities)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years (GCC Experience Preferred)

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical systems, particularly in HVAC, piping, and utility systems including boilers, chillers, and pumps. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, hands-on with project planning, estimation, and execution, and willing to work both from office and on project sites across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage HVAC & utility projects from initiation to completion.

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, HVAC systems, and related piping networks.

Develop detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and conduct project cost estimation.

Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.

Ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, ASHRAE, and Saudi building codes.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams to meet project milestones.

Use AutoCAD and similar tools for layout and design coordination.

Manage procurement planning and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress, ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC.

Proven experience managing HVAC, mechanical, and utility projects.

Strong understanding of piping systems, pump selections, control valves, ducting, insulation, and HVAC load calculations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.

Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation, pricing, and cost estimation.

Familiar with project scheduling (Primavera/MS Project) is a plus.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Must possess a valid Saudi Driving License.

Willingness to travel and work at project sites across KSA.

Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices is an advantage.

PMP Certification or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
