We are Looking for Planning Engineer for well-known organization in Riyadh for their mega project.
-Education bachelor's degree in engineering.
-Civil or Mechanical Engineer.
-Skilled Primavera P6 and MS-Suite Applications.
-9-15 years of overall experience. 5 Years in GCC at least in planning.
-Short Notice only.
-Tunnel, Infrastructure experienced plus.
-Local Hiring only within KSA.
-Iqama Profession to be Engineer (Mandatory).
-Jordanian, turkish, Srilankan, filipino Nationalities preferred.
Key Accountabilities:
-Create detailed project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful project completion.
-Allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
-Develop project schedules using tools like Gantt charts or project management software and update them regularly to track progress and identify potential delays.
-Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project's timeline and budget.
-Collaborate with various stakeholders including project managers, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
-Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders, to provide a clear record of project activities and decisions.
-Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
Salary around 18k-20k SAR overall package.
