We are looking for an experienced **Site Civil Engineer** with a proven track record in managing and executing civil engineering projects on-site. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is being executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
* Monitor and control the quality of work, site safety, and compliance with project timelines.
* Manage resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and machinery.
* Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
* Liaise with project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
* Ensure that all construction work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
* Conduct site inspections and ensure all structural and civil works are up to standard.
* Provide technical input and assist in troubleshooting site issues when needed.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Minimum **6 years of proven site experience** in civil construction and infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution.
* Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
* Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
