Job Position: Project Coordinator

Main Task:

Manage, monitor, oversee, resolve technical issues and report all aspects of the project from beginning to end, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The responsibilities include planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, quality control, and communication with stakeholders and the clients.

Salary Package:

Monthly Salary Package: SAR 5,000.00 Basic Salary + 30% Cost of Living Allowances

Recruitment Condition: 90 days probation and extendable up to 180 days observation period prior to transfer of sponsorship.

Required Job Qualifications:

Employment Type: Permanent (Transfer of Sponsorship)

Employment Requirement: Transferable Iqama and valid KSA driving license

Education Background: Graduate of B.S in Civil Engineering or B.S. in Mechanical Engineering

Computer Software Literacy: Knowledge in Primavera, AutoCADD & MSOffice

Language Proficiency: Proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & conversational Arabic

Job Knowledge: Knowledge in technical project management related to Infrastructure, Structural, Civil, MEP, HVAC & Fire Protection projects.

Related Experience: At least an average of one year experience in Saudi Arabia related to Infrastructure, Structural, Civil, MEP, HVAC & Fire Protection projects.

Interview Phases:

First Interview – Online Mode (General Assessment Interview)

Medium: Facebook Messenger or Teams

Interview Result: Will be sent through email & whatsapp right after 5 hours

Note: Second & Final Interview will be conducted on the same day

Second Interview – In-person Mode (Personal Assessment Interview)

Medium: Face to Face Panel Interview with the HR & CEO

Interview Result: Will be pronounce right after the interview

Final Interview – In-person Mode (Job Knowledge Assessment Interview)

Medium: Face to Face & One – on - One Interview with the Department Head

Interview Result: Will be pronounce right after the interview

Note: Successful applicants will receive job offer through email on day after the interview
