Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced
Site Civil Engineer with a proven track record in managing and executing civil engineering projects on-site. The ideal candidate should have at least **6 years of hands-on experience** in civil construction, site supervision, and project execution. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that all work is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
?Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is being executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
?Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
?Monitor and control the quality of work, site safety, and compliance with project timelines.
?Manage resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and machinery.
? Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
? Liaise with project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
?Ensure that all construction work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
?Conduct site inspections and ensure all structural and civil works are up to standard.
? Provide technical input and assist in troubleshooting site issues when needed.
Requirements:
?Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
? Minimum **6 years of proven site experience** in civil construction and infrastructure projects.
?Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution.
? Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
?Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
? Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
?Experience in residential/commercial/industrial projects (specify as applicable).
