We are currently hiring a Civil Quantity Surveyor with expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost calculations, and making 3D civil, architectural, and MEP drawings to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from civil, architectural, and MEP drawings.
Perform quantity take-offs and calculate material, labor, and equipment needs.
Create and modify 3D civil, architectural, and MEP drawings using software like Revit and AutoCAD.
Support cost estimation, tendering, and budget planning.
Update quantities based on revised drawings and site changes.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams.
Assist in variation and cost control documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and 3D drawing preparation.
Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Strong understanding of civil, architectural, and MEP drawings.
Familiar with measurement standards
High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
