We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer (with QA/QC experience) for BOQ Preparation of FIT OUT Projects.
Position: CIVIL ENGR. (with QA/QC experience) for BOQ Preparation of FIT OUT Projects
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years (within the Kingdom)
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates for civil and MEP works.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for technical discussions.
• Assist in procurement planning and material approvals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Participate in tendering and bidding processes.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi market pricing, suppliers, and material availability.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent command of quantity surveying and estimation.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws, local authority procedures, and codes.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other engineering tools.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Transferable Iqama preferred.
