Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate site operations across our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in GCC countries, with a strong understanding of site management, labor handling, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment as per project schedules
Ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines are met
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers
Maintain accurate reports and progress updates to management
Resolve site issues and ensure adherence to project specifications
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Supervisor in GCC countries (minimum 3–5 years)
Strong knowledge of civil/mechanical/electrical site works (as applicable)
Familiarity with local site regulations and safety standards
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to read drawings and work independently
GCC driving license is an added advantage
