A leading company is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our Electromechanical Department. If you have a solid background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Piping) estimation and a deep understanding of Saudi market pricing for materials and manpower, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, piping, and electrical systems.
• Analyze project drawings, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Research and update material and manpower prices in the Saudi market.
• Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of local pricing for materials and labor (including piping works).
• Proficiency in estimation software, quantity surveying, and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines (remote or on-site).
