We seek an experienced **Civil Engineer/Construction Manager* for an immediate, high-priority security upgrade project at *Jeddah Islamic Port*. Only candidates **currently in Jeddah and available to start work on Saturday, 02 August 2025**, should apply.
**Project Scope**
- Installation of **CAT 1 Security Fencing** (high-security grade).
- Execution of **both precast and cast-in-place concrete works**.
- Overseeing site preparation, quality control, and timeline adherence.
**Requirements**
- **Civil Engineering degree** with 5+ years in construction management.
- **Proven experience** in **fence/barrier systems** (CAT 1 preferred) and **concrete works** (precast & cast-in-place).
- Familiarity with Saudi construction standards and port security protocols.
- Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and strict deadlines.
- **Must be in in kingdom and ready to join onsite jeddah from 02 Aug 2025.**
