We are currently hiring an experienced Document Controller to join our team in jubail, KSA. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling a large volume of project and administrative documents efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, organize, and maintain project documents (hard & soft copies).
Ensure correct document version control, numbering, and tracking.
Maintain up-to-date logs and registers for incoming/outgoing documentation.
Liaise with project teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
Follow company and client document control procedures.
Safeguard confidential and sensitive documents.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Construction, Engineering, or Industrial sectors preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of document control systems/software such as:
Aconex
Procore
EDMS (Electronic Document Management System)
SharePoint
Primavera Contract Management (optional)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Must have a valid and transferable Iqama.
