Albahar Alalami Limited is a leading construction company specializing in electrical, mechanical, and civil works. We are actively seeking a highly experienced Site Project Manager with extensive civil construction expertise, particularly in Aramco projects in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage site activities for large-scale civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from inception to completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site-related challenges.
• Liaise with project staff, workers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years managing a project related to civil works in Gulf or KSA.
• Proven ability to manage multiple site activities and lead diverse project teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
