We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer with over 5 years of experience in HVAC, fire alarm, and firefighting systems to contribute to our maintenance and safety projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, possess a transferable Iqama with the occupation of Mechanical Engineer, and be accredited by or eligible for the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). This role involves designing, installing, and maintaining critical systems to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems, fire alarm systems, and firefighting equipment (e.g., sprinklers, fire pumps, suppression systems) for commercial and industrial facilities.
Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of HVAC and fire safety systems to ensure compliance with Saudi Fire Code, NFPA standards, and local regulations.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules for mechanical systems to optimize performance and longevity.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using tools like AutoCAD or Revit for HVAC and fire protection projects.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions within timelines and budgets.
Supervise technicians and support staff during installation, maintenance, and system upgrades.
Identify opportunities for system improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.
Ensure all work complies with Saudi labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, system performance, and compliance records.
Stay updated on industry advancements in HVAC, fire alarm, and firefighting technologies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, fire alarm, and firefighting system design, installation, or maintenance.
Professional Accreditation: Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) card or eligibility to apply for SCE accreditation.
Iqama Status: Transferable Iqama with the occupation listed as Mechanical Engineer.
Language: Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Skills: Expertise in HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, air handling units) and fire protection systems (e.g., sprinklers, alarms).
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Fire Code, NFPA standards, and local building regulations.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Other Requirements: Valid Saudi driver’s license (preferred) and willingness to work on-site in Riyadh.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Starting Package SAR 3000–SAR 4000 per month (base salary, commensurate with experience).
Incentives: Commission: Performance-based commission as per company policy.

Duty Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, with 1 day off (Friday).
Additional Benefits: Annual leave, end-of-service benefits, and other entitlements as per Saudi labor law.
Visa Profession: Mechanical Engineer (as per Iqama).
Iqama Transfer: Candidates must have a transferable Iqama, and the company will assist with the transfer process.
