Job Description:
We are currently seeking 1 experienced Document Controller to join our team for our ongoing projects under the Jubail Royal Commission in Ras Al Khair. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all project documentation in an organized and efficient manner.
Ensure proper document control procedures are followed as per project and client standards.
Receive, log, track, and distribute technical documents and correspondence.
Control issuance, storage, and retrieval of documents in both hard and soft copies.
Assist project teams in retrieving required documents quickly and accurately.
Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC teams, and client representatives for document approvals.
Prepare reports and logs related to document control status and performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
Familiarity with Royal Commission documentation procedures is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in using document control software and MS Office applications.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
Must possess a valid Saudi Arabian driving license.
Transferable Iqama is preferred.
