Key Responsibilities:
Planning Engineer With 5 Year Experience In Piling / Ground Engineering
• Develop and maintain detailed baseline and revised construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Resources develop and upload, track the progress with resources.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, S-curves, histograms, and weekly/monthly reports.
• Monitor site progress for piling activities: drilling, casing, rebar, concrete.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align schedule updates.
• Analyze delays and propose mitigation plans; support EOT claims in line with FIDIC.
• Support in preparation of method statements, and integrate construction sequences into the
program.
• Maintain logs for IPC billing, material deliveries, resources, and productivity tracking.
• Attend progress meetings with the client/consultant and present planning updates.
• Collaborate with subcontractors for schedule alignment and resource planning.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in piling or deep foundation projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
• Experience in mega projects in the GCC region preferred.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
