Qualifications "Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil QA/QC and procurement roles
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, construction materials, and vendor evaluation
Familiarity with GCC construction standards and project documentation protocols
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills"

Key Responsibilities
"Oversee procurement activities related to civil construction materials and services
Review and approve vendor documentation, material submittals, and inspection reports
Develop and implement QA/QC plans, ITPs, and method statements
Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance
Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and maintain QA/QC documentation
Ensure alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards"
Requirement "Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
