We are looking for a experienced Document Controller with at least 2+ years of proven experience in managing project documentation, drawings, records, and correspondence for large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage project documents and records (hard & soft copies)
Control and distribute incoming/outgoing documentation
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams
Ensure document compliance with client and company standards
Manage logs, revision tracking, and archiving
Handle confidential and technical documentation efficiently
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in document control (preferably in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Construction sector)
Proficient in EDMS systems (Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, etc.)
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Immediate availability is preferred
