Experience: 3–5 years
Main Responsibilities:
• Prospecting for new clients and opportunities
• Managing the entire sales cycle from inception to closing
• Submitting proposals and negotiating contracts
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitoring data via the CRM system
• Representing the company at exhibitions and events
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field
• 3–5 years of sales experience (preferably in finishing or interior design)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs and CRM tools
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
