We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of proven field experience, strong educational backgrounds, practical industry knowledge, and the ability to take decisive action.

All applicants must hold a valid Job Assignment Certificate and relevant professional course certifications for their field.

1. SAFETY MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and monitor company safety policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

• Lead accident investigations and implement preventive measures.

• Organise safety training and awareness programs.

DUTIES:

• Supervise Safety Officers and ensure execution of safety protocols.

• Liaise with authorities for compliance and certification.

• Maintain accurate safety performance records.

Required Certificates:

• NEBOSH / OSHA / IOSH.

• Job Assignment Certificate.

• Safety Management Course.

2. SAFETY OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day site safety compliance.

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions.

• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.

• Maintain PPE compliance.

Duties:

• Assist in incident investigations.

• Prepare daily/weekly safety reports.

• Coordinate with the Safety Manager.

Required Certificates:

• NEBOSH / OSHA / First Aid Training,

• WPR Certificate (if applicable),

• Job Assignment Certificate.

3. WPR (WORK PERMIT RECEIVER)

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and manage all work permits for site activities.

• Ensure compliance with permit conditions.

• Brief workers on hazards and limitations.

Duties:

• Maintain permit records.

• Conduct site checks for compliance.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES:

• Valid WPR Certification,

• Safety Awareness Training,

• Job Assignment Certificate.

4. CIVIL ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, design, and oversee civil works.

• Prepare BOQs, drawings, and cost estimates.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with standards.

DUTIES:

• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues.

• Submit project progress reports.

Required Certificates:

• Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma.

• Professional License.

• Job Assignment Certificate.

5. CIVIL SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily civil site operations.

• Assign tasks and monitor performance.

• Ensure timely material availability.

Duties:

• Maintain daily site progress records.

• Enforce safety protocols.

Required Certificates:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Job Assignment Certificate.

6. ACCOUNTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

• Prepare budgets, cash flow, and reconciliations.

• Ensure tax compliance.

DUTIES:

• Maintain bookkeeping.

• Assist with audits and financial planning.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance.

• ACCA/CPA preferred.

7. SALES COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the sales team with orders, client communication, and database updates.

• Coordinate deliveries and after-sales support.

• Track and report sales performance.

DUTIES:

• Follow up with clients for payments and orders.

• Assist with marketing campaigns.

Required Certificates:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration,

• Marketing, or related field.

• Job Assignment Certificate.
