Job Title: Production Engineer – Irrigation Systems

#Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Engineer with experience or strong interest in irrigation systems and agricultural operations. The role involves designing, optimizing, and maintaining irrigation infrastructure and processes to improve water efficiency, and overall production performance.
#Key Responsibilities:
>Design and implement efficient irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, surface,).
>Oversee production and assembly of irrigation components (pipes, valves, pumps, controllers).
>Monitor field performance of installed irrigation systems and recommend improvements.
>Collaborate with agronomists, field managers, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of irrigation into overall production plans.
>Ensure all systems comply with relevant environmental and safety regulations.
>Prepare and maintain documentation for processes, designs, and maintenance activities.
>Conduct field inspections and troubleshoot system failures or inefficiencies.
>Support automation and sensor integration in irrigation systems.
>Train field staff on the operation and maintenance of irrigation equipment.
#Qualifications:
>Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
>Strong understanding of water distribution systems, hydraulics, and crop water requirements.
>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
>Willingness to travel to field locations as needed.
