Key Responsibilities
A civil site engineer responsibilities can be broadly categorized into the following areas:
On-Site Management and Supervision: They oversee the day-to-day activities on the construction site. This includes supervising the workforce, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that all work aligns with the project's technical drawings and specifications.
Quality and Safety Assurance: They are responsible for implementing quality control measures, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring that all construction materials and workmanship meet industry standards. They also enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Technical Guidance and Problem-Solving: Site engineers provide technical advice to the construction crew and project managers. They are often the first to identify and resolve any unexpected technical issues or design discrepancies that may arise during construction.
Resource and Financial Management: They assist with managing the project's budget, tracking costs, and monitoring the use of materials and equipment. They also help with the procurement and delivery of materials to ensure they are available when needed.
Reporting and Documentation: A key part of the job is keeping detailed records. This includes preparing progress reports, site diaries, and other documentation for the project manager and stakeholders. They also help with preparing technical documents like the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), which details the steel requirements for the project.
Communication: They act as a liaison between the different parties involved in the project, including architects, contractors, clients, and local authorities, ensuring clear and effective communication to avoid misunderstandings and delays

Salary Per Hour: 35 SAR
Deuty: Daily 10 Hours, 6 day in week
