We are seeking three Project Managers with backgrounds in construction and manpower management.

The Job Location will be in Jubail & Dammam, but interviews will be conducted online and in Riyadh.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining quality, safety, and manpower efficiency. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, engineers, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.

Manpower & Resource Management:

Supervise and allocate labor, subcontractors, and equipment efficiently.

Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure adequate staffing.

Conduct workforce training and performance evaluations.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and government authorities.

Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Resolve conflicts and ensure clear communication among all parties.

Budget & Cost Control:

Track project expenditures and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for cost-effective solutions.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate project records, contracts, and progress reports.

Ensure timely submission of project documentation and closure reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience: Minimum [X] years in construction project management, with manpower handling experience.

Certifications: PMP, OSHA, or other relevant certifications (preferred).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, and other project management tools.

Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, construction safety standards, and procurement processes.

Work Conditions:

Site-based role with occasional office work.

Willingness to travel and work extended hours as per project demands.
