We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems within our rendering plant. This role focuses on ensuring the reliable and efficient performance of rendering equipment such as cookers, presses, grinders, dryers, and associated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical equipment used in rendering processes.
Optimize equipment performance to improve throughput, energy efficiency, and product quality.
Lead or support installation and upgrade projects for rendering machinery.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and utilities teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience in industrial or rendering environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, steam systems, and mechanical maintenance.
Ability to work in high-temperature, high-odor environments with proper PPE.
Basic Salary 4800 + 200 Food allowance + overtime
