Project: National Water Company (NWC) - Maintenance Project Riyadh

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Arkan Al-Afdal Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance activities for our NWC project in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations for building systems (power distribution, lighting, control systems, etc.).

• Monitor and coordinate electrical work crews, subcontractors, and materials on-site.

• Conduct inspections to ensure electrical work meets quality standards and project specifications.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.

• Report progress, technical challenges, and resolutions to the Project Manager.

• Ensure all electrical tasks are completed on time, within budget, and comply with safety protocols.

• Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards for all electrical activities.

Key Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably in building maintenance or utilities.

• Must possess a valid driving license.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, control systems, etc.) and maintenance practices.

• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Experience managing teams and subcontractors in a maintenance environment.

• Familiarity with KSA HSE regulations and quality standards.
