Arkan Al-Afdal Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance activities for our NWC project in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily civil maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Monitor and coordinate work crews, subcontractors, and materials on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
• Report progress, issues, and resolutions to the Project Manager promptly.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress updates.
Key Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in civil supervision, preferably in building maintenance or rehabilitation.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documents.
• Proven experience in managing teams and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with KSA HSE regulations and quality standards.
