The role requires expertise in civil, plumbing, and electrical site works, strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) standards, and proper implementation of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess suitability for car wash installation.
Prepare civil, plumbing, and electrical drawings for site preparation and installation works.
Supervise and instruct laborers during site preparation activities (excavation, foundation, drainage, plumbing, electrical ducting).
Attend meetings with clients to provide technical input and progress updates.
Ensure compliance with HSSE standards and enforce safe working practices on site.
Monitor and ensure proper use of PPE among all workers.
Identify and mitigate risks related to safety, environment, and construction quality.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of site works.
Provide technical reports and updates on project progress.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
Proven experience in civil works, site preparation, plumbing, and electrical layouts.
Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations and PPE requirements.
Ability to prepare engineering drawings and interpret technical specifications.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and labor supervision.
Ability to work part-time with flexible availability.
