Salary: 2500 SAR
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the maintenance team and contractors.
Oversee preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire systems.
Conduct regular inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Lead emergency repairs and ensure safety standards are met.
Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in facility/housing management.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, fire safety).
Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and train staff.
Knowledge of health & safety compliance.
2. Security & Safety Supervisor
Total Salary: 1900 SAR
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily safety and security operations across housing facilities.
Supervise firefighting contractors and ensure fire systems are fully functional.
Conduct regular safety inspections, including fire extinguishers and evacuation pathways.
Review and update fire emergency plans.
Coordinate with Civil Defense during emergencies.
Requirements:
Experience in safety/security supervision in large facilities or housing.
Knowledge of firefighting and emergency systems.
Certification in safety standards (OSHA / NEBOSH preferred).
Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
3. Environmental Supervisor
Salary: 2000 SAR
Responsibilities:
Supervise landscaping and pest control contractors.
Ensure compliance with environmental laws and sustainability standards.
Monitor irrigation systems, soil quality, and use of natural fertilizers.
Oversee pest control activities to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Supervise waste management, recycling, and environmental reporting.
Requirements:
Experience in environmental supervision (landscaping, pest control, sustainability).
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety compliance.
Ability to prepare and manage reports on environmental performance.
Leadership and team management skills.
