Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Engineer (Contracting) with a proven track record in the contracting field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of AZM’s contracting business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the contracting sector (electrical, instrumentation, mechanical).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.
Collaborate with the estimation and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project handover.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of AZM Energy & Infrastructure.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Sales Engineer in the contracting field within Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of the contracting market, particularly with Aramco, SEC, and commercial/industrial projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
Based in Khobar or Dammam (or willing to relocate).
Valid Saudi driving license.
Transferable Iqama preferred.
