Position: Civil Engineer
Experience Required: 10+ years
Location: Flexible (multiple project locations available)
License: Valid Driving License required
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage civil works related to fit-out projects, villa developments, warehouse construction, and building works.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Monitor quality control, health & safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules.
Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
Provide technical guidance and ensure smooth site execution.
Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with clients and management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in civil engineering, with a strong portfolio in fit-out, villas, buildings, and warehouse projects.
Strong knowledge of project management, site supervision, and quality assurance procedures.
Ability to lead teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Valid driving license (essential).
Flexibility to relocate to different project sites as required.
