Urgent Hiring: HSE Officers for MARAFIQ Shutdown Project in Yanbu/Rabigh
Altamrelarabi is urgently seeking 13 highly skilled and safety-driven HSE Officers to support a critical shutdown project for our client, Marafiq, in Yanbu/Rabigh. This is a contract-based opportunity for professionals dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment on a major industrial site.

Location:Yanbu / Rabigh, Saudi Arabia
Number of Vacancies/Positions:13
Duration:1 Month (Plus potential extension based on project needs)
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure full compliance with all site-specific HSE plans, procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
· Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and proactive site inspections.
· Monitor work activities to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
· Perform risk assessments and job safety analysis (JSA) as required.
· Ensure all personnel adhere to strict PPE regulations and safe work practices.
· Lead by example, promoting a strong, positive safety culture on site.
· Investigate and report any incidents, near-misses, or unsafe conditions.
· Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Valid OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification is mandatory.
· Proven experience as an HSE Officer in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or power/water utility industry.
· Extensive experience with shutdown, turnaround, or major maintenance projects is highly preferred.
· In-depth knowledge of international safety standards and best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Priority will be given to candidates with existing Marafiq approval.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Competitive project-based salary.

· Note: The salary for this one-month-plus assignment will be processed and disbursed after 45 days from the project start date.
