Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize all project documents related to site construction, ensuring easy retrieval and access by team members.
- Ensure that all documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence, are accurately filed and version-controlled.
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of documents according to company formats and standards specific to site construction projects.
- Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in the construction industry.
- Collaborate with project teams to manage document flow and support construction project deliverables.
- Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures and systems tailored to site construction.
**Qualifications:**
- A degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with document management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
