Civil Supervisor – Saudi Arabia
Reporting to: Project Manager / Site Engineer
Job Purpose:
The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site civil works, ensuring construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. This role involves managing manpower, subcontractors, and site safety compliance while reporting progress and issues to the Project Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum 5+ years of site supervision experience within civil construction projects in KSA
Strong knowledge of civil works, manpower handling, and safety standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
