This role involves managing manpower, subcontractors, and site safety compliance while reporting progress and issues to the Project Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* Minimum 5+ years of site supervision experience within civil construction projects in KSA
* Strong knowledge of civil works, manpower handling, and safety standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
