We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong background in culvert construction and related infrastructure works. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in SABIC or other industrial plants.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities, especially culvert, drainage, and structural concrete works.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and SABIC plant standards.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, safety officers, and workers to achieve daily/weekly targets.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient site operations.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with SABIC HSE standards.
Prepare and submit daily progress and inspection reports.
Conduct quality checks and resolve site issues promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil site supervision.
Minimum 2 years experience in culvert or drainage structure works is required.
Experience working inside SABIC or similar industrial plants is highly preferred.
Familiarity with SABIC safety and quality procedures.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Transferable Iqama is a must.
GCC driving license is an advantage.
