Category Duties
Architecture:-
Develop and design architectural solutions and plans for the 'buildings and properties. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Review and approve construction drawings and plans. Supervise the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications.
AutoCAD/2D Program : -
Proficient in using AutoCAD/2D program to create and modify architectural designs, plans, and layouts. Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints for construction projects. Collaborate with other engineers and architects to develop design concepts and solutions.
Bills of Quantities (BOQ) :-
Prepare and estimate the quantity and cost of materials, labor, and equipment required for a construction project. Review and evaluate bids from vendors and contractors. Collaborate with other engineers and architects to develop comprehensive project cost estimates.
Cost Estimate :-
Estimate the total cost of a construction project, including materials, labor, and equipment. Analyze project costs and make recommendations to optimize resources and minimize expenses. Collaborate with other engineers and architects to develop comprehensive project cost estimates.
Bid Evaluation:-
Evaluate bids submitted by contractors and vendors for construction projects and make recommendations based on cost, quality, and efficiency. Review vendor and contractor qualifications and performance history. Collaborate with other engineers and architects to develop bid specifications and evaluation criteria.
Experience:-
Minimum of 10 years of experience. Proven experience in managing and overseeing construction projects. Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
