Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize project documents (contracts, drawings, reports).
• Ensure document version control and proper filing.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely distribution and receipt of documents.
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory document management policies.
Key Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Strong communication skills.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in document control (construction industry Preferred).
• Knowledge of project documentation workflows.
