Job Title: Civil Site Foreman – Painting Project
Location: Muzhamiya
About the Role:
We are starting a new painting project and are seeking a Civil Site Foreman with prior experience working in Qiddiya project sites. The candidate should be capable of supervising site operations, managing manpower, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring work quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee all painting site activities and ensure timely progress as per project schedule.
Allocate work to site crews, monitor manpower productivity, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
Ensure strict compliance with Qiddiya site rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
Conduct quality inspections of surface preparation, priming, and final painting works.
Resolve site issues promptly and report daily progress to project management.
Maintain proper site records, attendance, and material usage logs.
Ensure work is executed as per project specifications and standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Civil Site Foreman in painting or finishing projects.
Mandatory: Previous experience working in Qiddiya project sites.
Strong knowledge of painting materials, methods, and quality standards.
Ability to read drawings and execute site activities accordingly.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong focus on safety and compliance.
