Monitoring project costs and budgets
Handling subcontractor payments and variations
Ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects
Strong knowledge of cost control, estimation, and contracts
