We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior site engineer to lead construction project from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a successful track record of managing Warehouse construction, Fit-out Projects, Finishing works and related civil works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and lead civil, architectural & MEP project according to deadlines and within budget
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and scheduling
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and compliance with quality standards
• Lead HSE compliance and ensure site safety at all stages
• Liaise with client & consultant
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management in KSA.
• Proven track record in delivering medium- to large-sized construction projects
• Excellent command of project scheduling tools (Primavera/MS Project)
• Strong understanding of budgeting, quantity surveying, and contract management
• Leadership and team coordination capabilities
• AutoCAD literate
Compensation:
• SAR 6,000 Basic salary + 1,000 Allowance and performance-based bonuses
• with Friday overtime
Additional Requirement:
•Valid Saudi Driver's License
•No transfer is required unless deemed necessary or mutually agreed.
